"After attending the Mindful Wellness 360 training I implemented the “Mindfulness and Meditation” program with my 8th period Chinese III Honors students. My students felt that the mindfulness meditation was very beneficial and helpful as it impacted each of them differently. The impact on them was immediately evident to me each day in class. They came into class after a long, exhausting and academically stressed day. The few minutes of mindful meditation techniques used each day immediately gave my students a chance to recharge and let go of much of the day’s stress. I was very grateful that my students and I not only were able to recharge for the class, but also gained a real-life lesson on how we can manage challenging times."
